Good basics, slower shipping
I ordered a few basic t-shirts and a pair of jeans. The quality was decent for the price I paid, no complaints there. Shipping took about 8 days to get to me, which felt a bit long. Everything arrived well-packaged though.
Decent quality, exchange process needs work
I bought a women's tank top and a couple of men's basic t-shirts. The fabric on the t-shirts felt good, soft and not too thin. The tank top was just okay, nothing special but fine for the price. I needed to exchange one of the t-shirts for a different size, and while customer service was polite, the whole process took longer than expected to get the new item. It arrived eventually, but the tracking wasn't very clear during the exchange phase. The website was easy enough to navigate when I placed the initial order.
